Founding members keep their price
The first 50 subscribers to pay for a plan become founding members. They keep the prices of the day they joined, for every plan and add-on, for as long as they stay subscribed. If a founding member's subscription ends, so does the offer.
In return, about a month in, we ask how Brokernomy is working for you. Tell us honestly, good or bad: what you say never changes your price.

Questions people ask
- What does Brokernomy cost?
- The Agent plan is $12 a month or $99 a year. The Investor plan is $29 a month or $249 a year, the Rental owner plan $19 a month or $169 a year, and the Property manager plan $39 a month or $329 a year. Tools for a second line of work are added on from $12 a month, and the prices page adds every combination up. Every plan is free for your first 14 days.
- What happens when the 14 free days end?
- If you have not cancelled, your card is charged the price of your plan, and the plan renews each month or each year until you cancel. Cancel within the 14 days and your card is never charged; your tools close as soon as you cancel. If you ask within 14 days of a payment, that payment is refunded.
- Is my card safe?
- Your card is entered on Stripe's payment page, not on ours. Stripe handles the payment, and Brokernomy never sees or keeps your card number.
- What does Ask Reale do, and what does it not do?
- Ask Reale reads a receipt, or a bank or card statement, that you upload, and suggests where each line belongs, so you check figures instead of typing them. It asks you when it is not sure. It does not give tax, accounting or legal advice.
- Where does Brokernomy stop and my accountant start?
- Brokernomy keeps your records and adds them up: what came in, what went out, and what each closing, house, rental or owner left you. How anything is treated for tax, and what goes on a return, is for your CPA or tax preparer to decide.
- I keep everything in spreadsheets now. Can I switch?
- Yes. Type in what you have, scan receipts with your phone, or upload your bank and card statements as CSV or PDF files. You can load a whole year of statements at once, and the statements page shows which months are still missing.
- What do I hand my CPA at year end?
- On every plan, each tool's year summary downloads as a PDF to print or send. On the Agent plan, the Year-End Tax Organizer also gathers the documents, totals and questions to bring to your tax preparer.
